Check the hinges for looseness and abnormal noise every month. As a key component connecting the gate and door frame, the hinge needs to withstand the weight of the gate and frequent opening and closing movements. If any looseness is found, tighten it promptly and add lubricating oil in case of abnormal response.

檢查門鎖、拉手等五金件是否卡頓。鎖芯每季度可注入少量石墨粉或?qū)Ｓ面i具潤(rùn)滑油，保持順滑。擦拭門體表面灰塵——選用純棉針織品抹布，凹陷處和浮雕紋飾中的灰塵用細(xì)軟羊毛刷除塵。

Check if the hardware components such as door locks and handles are stuck. The lock core can be injected with a small amount of graphite powder or specialized lock lubricant every quarter to maintain smoothness. Wipe off dust on the surface of the door - use a pure cotton knitted cloth, and use a fine soft wool brush to remove dust from depressions and relief patterns.

每3-6個(gè)月對(duì)鐵藝大門進(jìn)行一次全面檢查。檢查焊接點(diǎn)是否牢固，若發(fā)現(xiàn)裂縫或松動(dòng)，及時(shí)焊接加固。檢查螺絲是否松動(dòng)，用扳手?jǐn)Q緊。查看表面涂層是否有脫落，對(duì)脫落部位及時(shí)補(bǔ)漆。

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the wrought iron gate every 3-6 months. Check if the welding points are secure, and if cracks or looseness are found, weld and reinforce them in a timely manner. Check if the screws are loose and tighten them with a wrench. Check if the surface coating has peeled off, and promptly touch up the peeled parts with paint.

深度清潔可使用溫和清潔劑——洗潔精溶液按1:10比例稀釋，噴在表面后用軟布輕輕擦拭。避免使用酸性（如白醋）、堿性（如洗衣粉）清潔劑——酸堿會(huì)破壞鐵藝表面的防銹涂層（油漆、鍍鋅層）。

For deep cleaning, a mild cleaning agent - dishwashing detergent solution diluted in a 1:10 ratio, sprayed on the surface and gently wiped with a soft cloth. Avoid using acidic (such as white vinegar) and alkaline (such as laundry detergent) cleaning agents - acidity and alkalinity can damage the anti rust coating (paint, galvanized layer) on the surface of iron.

年度養(yǎng)護(hù)：重新噴涂防銹漆

對(duì)于噴漆的鐵藝大門，每?jī)傻饺晷枰匦聡娖幔员３直砻婀饣蓛簟?duì)于沒(méi)有噴漆的大門，每年至少擦拭一次去除表面污垢，并涂抹少量防銹劑。

生銹處理：若鐵藝大門生了銹，不要自作主張用砂紙打磨。銹跡較小較淺的，可用棉紗蘸機(jī)油涂于銹處，稍候片刻用布揩擦即可消除。若銹跡已擴(kuò)大變重，應(yīng)請(qǐng)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員維修。

Rust treatment: If the wrought iron gate is rusted, do not use sandpaper to polish it on your own. For small and shallow rust stains, cotton yarn dipped in engine oil can be applied to the rust area, and then wiped with a cloth after a while to eliminate it. If the rust has expanded and become heavier, professional technicians should be hired to repair it.

防潮處理：大霧天氣應(yīng)用干棉布擦拭鐵藝上的水珠。雨停后及時(shí)把水珠擦干。

Moisture proof treatment: In heavy fog weather, dry cotton cloth should be used to wipe the water droplets on the iron work. Wipe off the water droplets promptly after the rain stops.

避免磕碰：搬運(yùn)過(guò)程中小心輕放，放置處應(yīng)是硬物不常碰到的地方。

Avoid collision: Handle with care during transportation, and place in a location where hard objects are not frequently touched.
