Lightweight steel structure residential buildings are building systems that use lightweight steel frames as the structural system, matched with lightweight wall panels, lightweight floor slabs, and lightweight roof panels. Its design and construction are both technologically advanced and practically challenging.

施工流程： 基礎(chǔ)施工→墻體安裝→屋頂安裝。墻體系統(tǒng)安裝采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化構(gòu)件，實(shí)現(xiàn)快速裝配。樓蓋系統(tǒng)采用 “結(jié)構(gòu)-保溫-隔聲一體化”設(shè)計(jì)，有效減少熱傳導(dǎo)和聲音傳導(dǎo)。基礎(chǔ)可采用獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)或條形基礎(chǔ)，地基承載力需≥150kPa。構(gòu)件可實(shí)現(xiàn)多功能一體化設(shè)計(jì)，滿足大跨度空間需求。設(shè)備管線可與結(jié)構(gòu)一體化設(shè)計(jì)，裝配化程度達(dá)85%以上。

Construction process: foundation construction → wall installation → roof installation. The installation of the wall system adopts standardized components to achieve rapid assembly. The floor system adopts an integrated design of "structure insulation sound insulation", effectively reducing heat and sound conduction. The foundation can be an independent foundation or a strip foundation, and the bearing capacity of the foundation should be ≥ 150kPa. Components can achieve multifunctional integrated design, meeting the requirements of large-span space. The equipment pipeline can be designed to be integrated with the structure, with an assembly degree of over 85%.

耐久性與防護(hù)： 鋼材鍍鋅量不低于275g/m?，確保長期耐久性。耐久性能超過70年，防火性能滿足國家規(guī)范。輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的防火設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范》GB50016的規(guī)定，合理確定建筑物的防火類別與防火等級(jí)。但鋼結(jié)構(gòu)也有缺點(diǎn)：耐火性差、容易銹蝕、造價(jià)較高。因此需做好防銹處理并加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)護(hù)。

Durability and protection: The galvanized amount of steel shall not be less than 275g/m? Ensure long-term durability. The durability exceeds 70 years and the fire resistance meets national standards. The fire protection design of lightweight steel structures should comply with the current national standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" GB50016, and reasonably determine the fire protection category and level of the building. But steel structures also have disadvantages: poor fire resistance, easy corrosion, and high cost. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out rust prevention treatment and strengthen maintenance.

適用層數(shù)與限制： 適用于1至6層低層建筑。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的承重能力遠(yuǎn)低于傳統(tǒng)磚混結(jié)構(gòu)和框架結(jié)構(gòu)，因其承重能力的限制，輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅建筑一般不能建造超過4層，若超過4層，須與重鋼結(jié)構(gòu)并用。該體系自重約為傳統(tǒng)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的1/5至1/4。

Applicable floors and limitations: Suitable for low rise buildings with 1 to 6 floors. The load-bearing capacity of light steel structures is much lower than that of traditional brick concrete structures and frame structures. Due to the limitation of their load-bearing capacity, residential buildings with light steel structures generally cannot be built with more than 4 floors. If they exceed 4 floors, they must be used in conjunction with heavy steel structures. The self weight of this system is about 1/5 to 1/4 of that of traditional concrete structures.

經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析： 綜合造價(jià)比磚混結(jié)構(gòu)降低15%-20%。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)采用高效輕型薄壁型材，承載力高、構(gòu)件尺寸小，可減輕建筑結(jié)構(gòu)自重的30%，有效降低基礎(chǔ)和抗震措施費(fèi)用。材料可回收率達(dá)90%以上，且鋼材生產(chǎn)碳排放低于混凝土，契合綠色建筑與“雙碳”目標(biāo)。但鋼結(jié)構(gòu)造價(jià)較高、技術(shù)難度高、保溫隔熱性能相對(duì)較差。外墻裝飾可選金屬雕花板、水泥纖維掛板等材料，屋面系統(tǒng)支持光伏瓦集成，節(jié)能性能提升40%。

Economic analysis: The comprehensive cost is reduced by 15% -20% compared to brick concrete structures. The light steel structure adopts efficient and lightweight thin-walled profiles, with high bearing capacity and small component size, which can reduce the self weight of the building structure by 30% and effectively reduce the cost of foundation and seismic measures. The material recycling rate is over 90%, and the carbon emissions from steel production are lower than those from concrete, which is in line with the goals of green building and "dual carbon". However, the cost of steel structures is high, the technical difficulty is high, and the insulation performance is relatively poor. The exterior wall decoration can be made of materials such as metal carved panels and cement fiber hanging panels. The roof system supports the integration of photovoltaic tiles, increasing energy efficiency by 40%.
